Shipping

In stock items will ship within 48-72 hours of an order that is placed from Monday through Friday, from our warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario.

Orders placed on the weekend will ship the following Tuesday.

Canadian Orders

For orders placed in Canada, Azadi Project will ship via Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel Service. Shipping rates are determined by weight, destination and shipping method.  All Canadian orders valued at $100 or more will receive free shipping.

Azadi Projects accepts payment via PayPal.

Returns

Nothing is more important to us than your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with a purchase for any reason, Azadi Project will accept returns of unused regular priced items within 30 days of receipt for credit, exchange or full refund.

Sale items are final sale.

Unfortunately we cannot exchange earrings due to hygienic reasons.

Return Instructions

1. Wrap the unused item in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

2. Complete and enclose the Returns Form supplied with your delivery.

Goods are returned to Azadi Project at your expense. Should you wish to exchange goods, then you will be charged for postage and packaging at our standard rates.

Refund Process

A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

PayPal Returns

Items must be returned via mail to our delivery center in order for your PayPal account to be credited.
